Code of Conduct

latamPR LatamPR and its members operate in various markets and countries of Latin America.


In all cases, we respect the national laws and any other laws with international reach, such as The UK Bribery Act and the Law of Foreign Corrupt Practices in U.S We are committed to acting ethically in all aspects of our business and maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity in the performance of our services.


  • All officials and employees of LatamPR recognize our obligations to all who have an interest in the success of our clients, including shareholders, customers, staff and suppliers.


  • Information about our network and its members, services and scope work will be communicated clearly and precisely in a non-discriminatory manner and in accordance with local regulations.


  • We select and promote our people based on their qualifications and merit, without discrimination of race, religion, national origin, color, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age or disability.


  • We believe that a workplace should be safe and professional, thus sexual harassment, discrimination or offensive behavior of any kind, including degradation of individuals through words or actions, display or distribution of offensive material, or the use or possession of weapons in offices or customer premises is intolerable.


  • We will not tolerate the use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs, or any of our employees working under the influence of drugs or alcohol.


  • We treat all activity of LatamPR, and client information confidential. In particular, the "privileged information" is expressly forbidden to use for personal gain.


  • We are committed to protecting consumers, customers and employee data in accordance with national laws and industry codes.


  • We do not develop projects that contain statements, suggestions or images that are offensive to public morals, and we ensure consideration to minority segments of the population, whether it is by race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.


  • We will not participate in jobs that intend to deceive, regarding issues relating to those of social, environmental and human rights. This includes indirect damage to reputations because of partnerships with customers involved in activities that contribute to the abuse of human rights.


  • We will not engage in any activity that creates dishonesty with companies that are members of the group or with our obligations to our partners.


  • We will not give, offer or accept bribes, whether in cash or otherwise, or of any third party, including government officials, customers and agents or their representatives. Collectively we will ensure that all our staff understands this policy through training, communication and example.


  • We do not offer any article of money or service as personal incentive to secure business.


  • We will not accept services for personal benefit of more than nominal value from suppliers, potential suppliers or other third parties.


  • We will not have any conflicts of interest either personal or familial within our businesses or our suppliers or third parties with whom we do business.


  • There will not be contributions of any kind from any company’s members, including the provision of services or materials for less than the market value. Neither politicians, political parties nor action committees, without the prior written approval of the board of LatamPR.


  • We will continue to work diligently to make a positive contribution to our society and the environment, maintaining high standards of business ethics, respect for human rights, and the environment; as well as supporting community organizations and the development of our collaborators.
